West Wales & The Valleys - Neath Port Talbot

Our house is a 3 bed semi in a residential area close to M4 and train station. 20 min drive to waterfall country. Close to Swansea bay and the Mumbles
Care needed for 2 Labradors; biological brothers, Rowan 3yrs and Dave 1yr. Large garden mostly laid to AstroTurf. Plants only need watering in long dry spells. Very large modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
