Our home is located in the peaceful suburb of Netherlee, approximately 4 miles from the city centre, with excellent bus and train connections.

The house itself is semi-detached and boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The street is quiet and friendly, creating a welcoming environment. Just 500 meters away is the local park, offering extensive walking paths for outdoor enthusiasts. Nearby, at the end of the street, you'll find a range of amenities, including a grocery store, post office, coffee shop, and takeaways.

We have one pet, Buddy, a six-year-old Border Terrier with a gentle nature who loves attention. He enjoys long walks and is well-trained both on and off the lead. Buddy thrives on routine and is happiest when well-exercised, well-fed, and given plenty of cuddles. Our dog walker is available during the second half of your stay if you'd like to take a day away.

The property features a large back garden, which is a real suntrap when the weather permits! It includes both a decked area and a patio, providing a seamless connection to the kitchen. The flat lawn will require occasional mowing.
