Kirkwall Scotland

My house is an end terrace with a small garden, a ten minute walk from the centre of Kirkwall. The supermarkets re 5 mins away, and local buses stop at the bottom of the road.
I have a dog called Luna, she is a Japanese Akita, and will be 9 in May. She is fairly low maintenance, requiring only one walk per day, and mostly just needs company and someone to feed her twice a day and give her paracetamol 3 times a day, for arthritis. She is very friendly and great with kids, but does not play well with other dogs.
I also have a goldfish who needs some fish food every day, and houseplants that may need watered while I am away. No garden care required.
