Purpose built family annexe set in a stunning rural location in the village of Danehill.
Set in 12 acres of grounds and paddocks with stunning views to the south. On the edge of Ashdown forest with is 6000 acres of heathland and forest with glorious walks through streams. A quick 4 minute walk to a renowned pub with beautiful gardens. East Grinstead with it’s historic high street accessible by bus just 6 mins walk away down a quiet country lane. Haywards Heath and Brighton also nearby. east grinstead are nearby towns. We would require our extremely friendly 12 year old tabby cat Archie to be looked after, he loves a cuddle and will sit purring on you for hours. Also a 9 month old whippet Havala who requires a daily walk, she has lots of energy but also enjoys a snuggle on the sofa. 4 horses all friendly and handled by children. They will need turning out, mucking out, clean bedding and water, feed and night time hay, and just a quick check over each day. If you are a competent rider then you’d be free to exercise them sensibly. We live on a footpath so you can walk straight out with Havala or a 5 minute drive to the Ashdown forest. There are 10 Guinea pigs. They love any left over vegetables and will simply need feed topping up and clean water. If you fancy a cuddle they always welcome it, House includes washer/dryer. Large fridge/freezer. Dishwasher, air fryer. Oven and hob. 4 double bedrooms. Wifi and tv.
