There are horses on site maintained by groom.
Security gate entry which will require monitoring - on a mobile GPS system - easy to use.
A couple for house-sitting would be preferred.
No garden duties required as there is a garden who visits once a week.
There are 30 feral cats which would need to be fed twice a day - this is negotiable as the groom can also manage this.
The house is well maintained with all mod cons; there is an AGA and gas hob, dishwasher, Miele washing machine and tumble dryer.
