An opportunity to stay in a popular holiday destination, unfortunately not suitable for disabled, whilst enjoying peace and solitude looking after Spot. He is very healthy and has no medical needs. Spot is very affectionate and loves a cuddle he loves to watch the wild birds on the feeders that would also require filling. Even with 3 legs he can run and jump like any other cat. Within moments you could be on the famous Pembrokeshire coastal path enjoying awe inspiring views of the irish sea or relax watching the sunset from the top of the hill. The home is rural surrounded by pleasant farmland so transport really is needed. For heating and hot water there are solar panals and air source heat pump generating a nice feel all round. A Large multi fuel is also available if required. Local facilities and shops are only 5 miles away. The home offers private gardens and 1 double room and 1 single room. 2 lounges with smart Tv. Kitchen has double oven and gas hob. Ninja air fryer and Delonghi coffee machine. Microwave and a host of cooking utensils. Easy parking available.
There are areas of grass that will need cutting. I have very reliable petrol lawnmower and strimmer. If you are unable to attend to the grounds I can arrange a gardener to come.
Just an update. All damp issues are now rectified.
