We live in a grade 2 listed house in the village of Harrietsham Kent. We are a 2 minute walk from the train station with direct trains to London or just 10 minutes drive from junction 8 of the M20. We are lucky to live just off of the North downs Pilgrims Way an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is plenty of great walks from our door step. We live in a four bedroom detached house with parking and a fully secure garden. We are currently undertaking a renovation so some of the house is not being lived in however your bedroom and rooms are all in a great condition. We have open fires and log burners and the house had many beautiful listed features.

We have one four year old rescue border collie called Pepper who will need caring for. She is very friendly once she warms up to people but can initially be nervous around people she doesn't know. Due to her breed she does require daily walking for around an hour. This can be split into two shorter walks or one longer walk. She does not like dogs she does not know and can growl and bark at them when we come across them. For this reason she is always walked on a lead or long line (all of which is provided). Someone with experience and confidence with rescue/ nervous dogs who likes getting out on walks would be an ideal match.
