Situated on the edge of Malvern Common in an AONB the dormer bungalow is modern and light and very well equipped having been modernised in 2021 and with off road parking. This is an area with wonderful hill walking on the Malvern Hills.. This is Elgar country, he and his family are buried just a short distance away in the village. There is good train connection to Birmingham and Paddington from Great Malvern. We have a wonderful theatre, Malvern Theatre has a very full and varied programme throughout the year. Hereford, Worcester and surrounding towns are within easy reach. It would be essential to have your own transport as we are out of town. There is a bus service that runs hourly during the morning but is less regular until around 4pm when the service ceases. There are no buses in the evening or during Sunday.
Monty and Nemo our 6 year old Tonkinese and 4 year old Burmese are wonderful characters who like the outdoors and loads of loving and play. They have restricted outdoor time and come home when called by a whistle. They have to be barricaded in as they are too clever and manage to breakthrough the secure cat flaps even when locked.
The garden will need to be watered, especially the greenhouse which by June/July will have tomatoes growing. It may be that the lawn will need some attention.
There is an outdoor bbq with a couple of seating areas in the garden which is very sunny all day when the sun is shining. The rear of the house faces south. The front of the house overlooks the common.
