Redditch England

I live in a detached 4 bedroom house, which currently comprises of 2 bedrooms, a storage room and an office.
There is a large open plan kitchen and separate living room downstairs.
My house is on a lovely quiet estate, within 3 minutes walking of the local park.
There are 2 local pubs within a 10-15 minute walk.
The nearest Bus route is a 10-15 minute walk from the house, however a car is avaliable for use, if insured. The nearest train station is a 5 minute car journey.

I have a lovely black Labrador called Hugo, who is 4 and a half years old. He is neutered. He is very lovable and friendly, but is a big boy who can be boisterous. He is a strong dog, but has good walking manners and is walked on a halti lead for better control.
