We need a house sitter

Hello,
We need a cat/house sitter for our two lovely cats whilst away for a weekend, so it would suit someone local to us due to the short duration.
We've used the service many times before, so we know the ropes.
We have a nice 4 bedroom house with all modern conveniences in a lovely quiet, semi-rural location, with the countryside to the front and a southeast facing garden to the rear, which has just been landscaped and planted.
We have a new build and the development is still a building site, but not our side of the development, so noise is not an issue. There is some aircraft noise from the airport, but we are not underneath the flight path so it is minor.
Handforth has plenty of amenities and you are surrounded by a huge number of options for shopping within a short drive, plus you have all the bars and restaurants of Wilmslow and Cheadle Hulme close by. A short 15 mins walk to the train station gives you access to Stockport (8 mins) and Manchester (22 mins) too, and nearby Quarry Bank Mill is a great place to visit. Walking and cycling are good options here too.
The cats are well-behaved and have never needed treatment at the vets, so I don't anticipate anything more than a nightly feed and keeping the house tidy. They are easy to look after and the area around us is a lovely place to visit.

We had a very pleasant stay at Richard and Lenka's home. Richard video called me to begin with and we kept in touch before we arrived and during the sit. Harvey and Hugo are lovely cats and very simple to care for. The house is large and new and there is a south facing garden for when the weather is good. It is very clean and tidy.
