Come and stay in a lovely Victorian flat located just meters from the sea with my beautiful Beagle, Millie!

I'm planning a trip away for all of March 2025 (exact dates tbc) and so I'm looking for a dog lover to take care of my 11 year old beagle while I'm gone.

Millie is very low maintenance, she loves her food, her sleep, a couple of little walks and some cuddles and doesn't need much more! She will happy accompany you on your outings but is also happy to be left alone at home for a few hours.

My place is a cosy one bedroom apartment in a listed Victorian building with all the period features such as high ceilings, decorative mouldings, sash windows etc. But with modern cons like central heating and 200mbps broadband! It is just meters from the old harbour area amd foreshore at Bo'ness which has lots of lovely walking routes. Shops, bars, restaurants and Scotland's oldest cinema are also right on the doorstep. Falkirk and Linlithgow are 15 mins drive away and Edinburgh is also reachable in under an hour.

Maree was a clear communicator and picked me up from the airport first thing. She introduced me to Milly and welcomed me into her gorgeous flat with great views of Edinburgh. I thoroughly enjoyed walking Milly the beagle and hanging out with her at home. By day two she had become trusting and affectionate enough to sleep in the guestroom with me. She really was a very well-trained dog. The flat was spotless and very comfortable. I would recommend them both should Maree and Milly need a dog ... MORE

Maree is a very generous and likeable person. She left everything clean and tidy before she left, together with enough bread, milk and other essentials for us to use and consume during our stay. Maree was also flexible and helpful, picking Luciana up at the airport and left me (Jose) at the train station. Millie was very easy to look after and a joy to have close by.
