Leigh On Sea England

We are looking for a house sitter to take care of our house and our cat, Monty, while my wife and I go on our honeymoon. We live in Leigh on Sea, Essex, which is approximately 45 minute train journey into central London. We live approxiamely 20 minute walk to the train station and around a 10 minute walk to the town where you will find lots of independent shops, restaurants, and bars. We are travelling between 27th December 2024 to 22nd January 2025 and are open to people who can sit for the enitrety of this time or for part of the time.

Monty is a 7 year old moggy and is very independent. He has access to a cat flap and comes and goes as he pleases. However, during the winter months he spends a lot of time inside because of the weather. He loves a cuddle and will sit on your lap, he's very docile and won't bite or scratch, and loves chasing after a laser pen.

We have a garden but due to the time of year there won't be any garden care required. You will be able to access it and use it at your leisure, if there is a break in rain and cold weather.
