Mark and his family decided to extend their holiday at last minute and the efficiency and effectiveness of the App shone through because they found me with 24hrs notice! Instructions and guidance were spot on and covered every eventuality and the week flew by. Heidi knew exactly when she was to be fed and we developed a great bond over the week. Instructions and guidance were spot on and covered every eventuality and the week flew by. Heidi knew exactly when she was to be fed and we developed a great bond over the week. The fish were numerous and happy (this is an assumtion I might add) as well. I was able to visit some friends and do some work whilst still paying good attention to my duties. Everything in the house was exactly as stated which made my job so much easier. We had a great handover and they let me stay the last night so I could get away early and connect seamlessly with my next assignment. Truly Lovely people. Recommend and hope to do again soon.

Very sweet family home. Heidi (Cat) was kind natured, very outdoorsy and only returned for food. Fish were a nice view. Mark was really kind. Quiet area. Farm foods nearby so ideal for budget buys and there’s cheap takeaways. Also bus route towards city centre close by. Nice if you’d like a quiet retreat to read or do something creative such as crafting and art. Otherwise, a large collection of DVDs to choose from. Door to room wouldn’t shut, so put something in front of it as cool but spooky Victorian landing. Cleaners let themselves in through back door which took me by surprise as I hadn’t been made aware.

I spent a week at Mark's family home looking after their cat Heidi and I felt at home and at ease there. A lovely colourful stimulating home in a well-connected area with parks and shops walking distance. I found Mark's communication and guidance was thorough and timely and they made my stay very comfortable. Heidi's nature was very playful and she was easy to get along with and grow a connection with, especially her greeting me early in the morning! Highly recommendable host.
