Experience a stay in our unique two-storey semi-detached home located near Orford Road in Walthamstow. Nestled within a three-year-old development, our home offers a private garden and contemporary interiors. Enjoy the vibrant surroundings with Orford Road and Wood Street just a stroll away, and easy access to Walthamstow Central station via the Victoria Line & Overground.

The spacious ground floor boasts a well-equipped kitchen, roomy living/dining area, and a smart TV. It leads out to the garden and includes a guest toilet. The first floor houses the master bedroom, nook study, and main bathroom. We have some houseplants and courtyard pot plants that require minimal watering once a week.

Colin, our charming 3-year-old Sealyham Terrier. Weighing in at 12kgs, this chemically castrated male is a friendly companion to humans but selective with other dogs. Colin enjoys park time, dancing, napping, cuddles, tug of war, fetching toys, and any kind of walks. He has a walker twice a week and returns home ready to rest after playtime with his GF, Moira Rose. On weekdays, he takes two small walks, one before breakfast and another before dinner. On weekends, he enjoys more park playtime. Colin loves to lounge on the floor nearby and chooses to sleep on his mat next to the bed at night.
