I have a 3 bed house is in a quiet street near the centre of Kingswood. There is parking space in the driveway and there is a good bus service into the centre of Bristol

I have 3 year old cockerpoo who is very friendly and affectionate. He usually 1.5-2 hours walking a day. There are parks and playing fields in easy walking distance. The only issue is he get separation anxiety whenever I go away, but I can leave him for up to 4 hrs in the house without problem. I has tried leaving him with someone else but that didn't work so I am hoping that it would be better if he was in his own familiar home.

There a good sized garden for the dog to play in, but it all down to grass and doesn't need any special care
