Ripon England

We live in a three bedroom Dormer Bungalow, although the smallest bedroom is used as a 'Man Cave'/Office. Our property is in a beautiful small market town in North Yorkshire with lovely river and countryside walks. There are ample independent shops for every day needs, a COOP store, garage, several pubs and eateries and a twice weekly market.
Our well loved Patterdale Terrier is 11 years old and generally well behaved, he likes his cuddles, walks, playtime and sleeps on his own fleece on our bed. The only other care would be to water plants if needed.
