Southend- On -Sea England

Our 3 bed semi is a 3 minute walk from the beautiful Southchurch park in Southend on Sea which is one of the reasons we bought the house as we have 2 very friendly spaniels (aged 8 and 4, fully vaccinated and with pet insurance). That and wanting to live near the sea - we are also about an 8 minute walk to Southend sea front with its many beach cafes bars and fresh air! The nearest station is Southend East - on the C2C line. This station is a 10 minute walk from the house.
It takes about 50 minutes to London Fenchurch Street and 45 minutes to West Ham which is on the Jubilee and DLR lines.
There is a Lidl supermarket about a 10 minute walk away (3 mins in car). Our neighbours are lovely and its a quiet road. The small garden is West facing so sunny and it will not need any upkeep.
We are having a new bathroom installed this October and have internet/Virgin TV/Netflix etc. Our kitchen has a washing machine, oven and microwave.
Our 2 spaniel boys Teddy and Rolo are super friendly and just need 1 walk a day. They are both fully insured with Animal Friends and we have an arrangement with our vet that in the event of either of them needing treatment the vets would treat see and treat them and we would settle the bill when we return from holiday.

This would be our first experience of having house sitters and if its successful the same sitters would be able to sit at other times of the year eg Easter (eg 8/9 days) and possibly up to 4 weeks in August.
We have a drive where your car can be parked.
However, both our dogs are healthy and rarely need to see a vet apart from their 6 monthly health checks and vaccinations.

Please note - the system does not have Essex as a "sub region" - Southend is in Essex.
