Whitby England

We live on a fairly quiet road just outside Whitby which is a 20 minute walk away. We have beautiful views of the Abbey and moors from the back garden. We live in a semi detached with friendly neighbours on a fairly quiet road. The bedroom and living room both face the back garden and the glass doors give a fantastic view. We have a rental in our garage we converted a few years ago. It is completely separate from the house and they don't have access to the garden either. It is completely sound proof so we never hear them and there is plenty of parking for everyone.
We have a 4 year old border collie, extremely friendly, will get on with anyone and loves fuss and a cuddle. He loves his walks and will go forever but is also very content and settled in the house even after a short walk. We have brilliant woods to walk in a short drive away, the beach a 5 minute drive and local loops from the house too. He can be trusted off the lead and loves his ball which comes on all our walks.
Whitby is an incredible place during winter. Its not as wet as other places in the UK and there is nothing more atmospheric than a walk on the cliffs or along the pier with high seas and no one around!!
