Aberdeen Scotland

We have a converted bungalow with 3 bedrooms ( +1 bed settee) in a rural site on the southern edge of Aberdeen with easy access to Aberdeenshire and the attractions/locations there.
Rural area has ample opportunity for walks, near to the Deeside Castle trails and other historic features ( pictish standing stone circles etc).
Lots of wildlife for those interested with deer, foxes and variety of birds seen from the house and Seals and dolphins regularly in the nearby waters.
Although on bus routes this would be of best use for those with private transport given the rural aspect.

The house is self contained and should be relative low maintenance. Our main concern is in the looking after of 2 spaniels, at time of sitting they will be 9 and 3, The younger is in need of a reasonable amount of exercise ( at least 1hour a day, preferably more) the older dog is prematurely blind and is slightly slower and less busy during the day - would need on lead walks. . There is also a fairly low maintenance 180L temperate fish tank, which likely will need some feeding and supervision.
