Semi detached house in nice area close to park. Two very friendly springer spaniels, one twelve and one 3. Old guy is slowing down. Youngster loves to run and run, but sleeps all day in house. Young one is nervous of other dogs, but both have excellent recall. Ideally we'd like to meet up a few times beforehand so you can get to know the dogs.
