We live in a large bungalow/cottage that was the gatehouse for the impressive Clayton Estate. Now the Clayton caravan park.
3 bedrooms available for your stay, large TV's, bar, Ps5, gigabit broadband, hottub, BBQ, nice picnic areas and patio. 5 miles from St Andrews and 5 from Cupar. 9 Miles from Dundee and 40 minutes from Edinburgh.
We have 2 dogs and some fish.
The fish require feeding app every 2/3 days and are very easy to look after.
Our Dogs, Caspar who is a neutered Sharpei and is 6 years old. And Bella a neutered Lab who is almost 2 and is 1/4 pei and 3/4 lab.
Both are very good dogs with our immediate family. But Caspar is a different dog and can be a handful. He is very protective over his humans and his house. He will accept people in his house if introduced properly and will be your best pal after a bum scratch and some food.
But he will ned a firm hand and some bravery as he is a big dog. There are rules around food and his behaviour that we can sort.
Bella is likely to lick you and everyone to death. She is just a love bug with mad labrador tendencies.
The bar is well stocked and you can make use of it.
I would expect a walk at least once a day for them, and they have access to the very large and secure garden at the back to run around and bark at passers by!
Between now and next April/may a few visits to get to know them ( paid) and maybe even an over night or two for a weekend break to test it all out would be braw.
They are both quite good on the lead, but Caspar is reactive to other dogs so being strong is handy.
