Quiet, respectful couple with a passion for travel and a love for caring for your furry family members and their homes!

We are Lin and Alexei, partners and lifelong animal lovers. We've had the pleasure of caring for the homes and pets of family and friends on numerous occasions. Although we're new to this online house-sitting community, we’re more than happy to provide references and share our experiences.

Our experience includes caring for various breeds of dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits and reptiles, we've also cared for farm animals such as cows, pigs and horses. Animals have always been a part of our lives, and while we currently don’t have pets of our own due to our lifestyle, we’re excited to care for yours as if they were our own.

We're committed to keeping your pets safe, comfortable, and happy while you're away. You can expect daily updates, including photos or video-calls to ensure your peace of mind. We will look after your home, and take to ensure all the responsibilities are taken care of, including taking care of gardens and cleaning for longer term sits.

Alexei is a self-employed artist and freelance illustrator, while Lin is a Master's graduate currently working in the IT industry. Our combined experiences have taken us across the globe—Alexei has lived in various parts of Europe, while Lin has explored and lived in Australia and Japan. We share a love for hiking, swimming, and cooking together, and we’re happiest when discovering new places, especially with a four-legged friend to guide us!

Our availability for Sitting is currently very flexible, from September onwards until December, with the possibility of making arrangements into the future too. We are also happy to relocate to anywhere in the country for the duration of the sit.

Lin and Alexei are superb house and petsitters. If we could give them more than five stars we would. From the get-go they were unfussy, competent, friendly and did everything that they said they they would do. One of our dogs is old, and suffers from limited mobility and dementia, so is not straightforward to look after. Lin and Alexaei took this in their stride and handled it very well. Alexei and Lin made all of our worries about leaving our beloved and sometimes nervous dog with a sitter disappear. It was clear she was cared for as if we had been there ourselves and was totally calm. Lovely people who I would absolutely ask to come for a repeat sit any and every time we go away. The house was left in perfect condition and we got a a couple of updates per day to make sure we never wondered how our dog was doing. It couldn't have gone any better.

Alexei & Lin house sat for us for 4.5 weeks and looked after our 2 energetic labradoodles and our cat brilliantly. They were a lovely couple who obviously took the job in hand seriously and wanted to find out as much as possible about our pets and their routines and needs. Alexei and Lin are a lovely couple. Our 2 dogs and cat were well looked after and loved whilst we were away, Both dogs were very happy and our anxious outside cat really took to Lin as she spent a lot of time coaxing him inside and letting him know he could trust her.
