Safe with Sue

60, Accountant & HR Consultant

Recently widowed and having also lost our wonderful bernese mountain dog I am keen to look after other folks' pets and get lots of cuddles. I will be relocating soon so having my own dog at the moment is not feasible.

I have owned bernese mountain dogs for many years (and before that a golden cocker spaniel) and also regularly look after my daughter's chocolate labrador and friends dogs and cats. Dogs are a big part of my life although I love all animals (my son has a cat and I used to own chickens).

I currently live on the South Coast close to the New Forest and love to walk in the forest and by the sea. I also run a small airbnb (a studio in my garden) so am used to making sure everything is clean, tidy and in great condition.

I love to sing and am a member of a soul choir performing at charity events, weddings and parties. (I promise not to annoy the neighbours!)

I am able to work from any location as I own my own business and all I need is my laptop and an internet connection.

We couldn't have wished for a better house and dog sitter! Sue was perfect. The dogs obviously loved her and the house was immaculate upon our return. We would love to have her back next time we're away.

Sue is warm and sunny and gave Raph time and space; she spoke quietly and calmly and brought a wealth of experience with larger dogs. When Raph met Sue for the second time he greeted her, despite being shy, so we felt less anxious about leaving him. Sue also cared for our two cats, brushed them and checked ... MORE
