  • I ran my own small holding in Portugal for 10 years, I kept 3 cats raised from abandoned 1 day old kittens. I kept up to 20 chickens at times. Had a few quails, and a mating pair of ducks

I have time on my hands since retiring a few years ago. I enjoy most animals and I love gardening, so I am hoping to combine the two hobbies if I can.
I am unable to drive anymore due to a sight issue in one eye. I love walking and the outdoor life. As I am quite a slight person (4’ 10”) I would prefer smaller sized pets until my confidence in larger pets gets stronger.
I am more than happy to use public transport, and in fact I prefer to use buses and trains to get about,

It was my first time using this service so I was a little nervous but needn't have been as Sarah was great. I was really happy with Sarah coming to sit Bill, He was so relaxed when I returned home, it was clear Sarah had taken good care of him. I would highly recommend Sarah as a house sitter anytime!

What a wonderful housesitter. We were delighted to be able to go away, leaving Missey in her capable hands. We were even more delighted to know that Missey developed a terrific relationship with her new 'Auntie'. Like all 'animal parents' we miss our furbabies when we are away, so it was great to receive updates and pictures of a very contented cat. It was a pleasure to meet Sarah and to have her look after my cat, Una. Sarah is very easy to chat too and it was obvious her love of cats. When I arrived home Una was her normal self which I was happy with. She carried on as normal as though there had been no disruption in her life! I wouldn't hesitate to ask Sarah to House Sit Una again. Thank you Sarah.
