Hello, we are a retired professional couple who have worked and lived in both the UK and Australia.  

We have used house sitters for our own pets over the years and recognise how important and invaluable it has been for us, so for some time now we've been thrilled to assist people like yourselves to have a relaxing peace of mind break knowing your special family member/s are safe in their own home. We also understand the importance of ensuring your home is cared for in your absence.

We have many years of experience looking after cats and dogs, from the youngest of kittens and pups to elderly pets with special and medical needs, as well as chooks, sheep, rabbits, fish and a variety of small furry and feathered friends, and if there is a pet type we've not cared for, we will find the opportunity exciting! We also have experience in caring for gardens (using a ride on mower) and indoor plants.

A little bit about us... We love to walk, practice yoga, we are keen gardeners and we thoroughly enjoy exploring new places and to help out where and when we can.  We also really enjoy chilling at home. We are non smokers. We have also renovated our homes over the years, it's a great feeling seeing the reward for bringing a breath of new life to a renovation challenge! 

We are flexible in the locations that we can be in so if you are needing genuine carers for your precious pet/s and home, it would be great to chat with you about this.

There really aren't enough words to describe how wonderful Meredith and Richard are. From visiting our house a few months before we went on holiday, keeping in regular contact in the run up to our trip, updating us daily whilst we were away and taking excellent care of Leo, our home and garden whilst we were away. They left my house spotlessly clean, helped to care for my houseplants and even left flowers and wine for my return (along with cat food and litter so I didn’t need to worry when I got home). Meredith and Richard were fantastic communicating from the start. They took the time to visit before the sit and meet us and our cats which was so helpful and reassuring. Our cats were so well looked after, we had plenty of photos and messages to keep us updated. They kept the garden watered (there was a lot of pots, greenhouse etc to do) and even harvested the garlic, picked and froze the ripe fruit. They even cut the grass for us. They took such good care of our old dog and treated him as if he was their own. Our dog is old they adapted very well to his needs. I must say our house was left in fantastic condition, and over and above our expectation.
