I’m an experienced and responsible animal owner and have also worked in the veterinary field and my husband is a small animal vet with his own practice. I have experience with all small animals at all stages of their lives and also with horses (long term owner), goats, sheep (3 of my own) chickens etc. Animals are so much fun and a joy to have around!
I would very much invest my time and energy into the animals I’m caring for whilst housesitting for you. I’m fit and energetic and regularly ride my horses when home as well as everything that goes with that way of life.
Lorraine came to our rescue at the last moment and even though she became ill on this sit she stayed until the end which was hugely appreciated. House was left clean and tidy and the bedding was washed. thanks Lorraine for your help
Lorraine was absolutely brilliant. The house, garden and animals were all well cared for and we wouldn't hesitate to ask her again
Lorraine made us feel confident that our home and animals were in capable and caring hands , communicating regularly with updates on happy beasties .
On our return all was lovely and even my stables swept throughout , my cat Stan was very settled and unstressed which is always v good

Lorraine did a fantastic job of looking after our house and pets - our cat and dog were so relaxed and calm when we got back and the house was tidy and super-clean! We would love to have Lorraine back to housesit in the future.
Lorraine looked after our chickens, dog and house for a long weekend. We couldn't have been happier with how it went. All well cared for and her communication was great. Our dog clearly enjoyed her company and we'd happily have again.
Lorraine was wonderful just what we needed for our dog and hens . They were very happy when we returned and everything was spotless.

Lorraine is a great cat sitter, I highly recommend her. Communication was excellent throughout, she's thoughtful and respectful of the house. She cleaned everything she used and left everything in perfect condition.
Lorraine left the house looking spotless and looked after the animals beautifully, lots of walks for Biscuit - lucky dog! We would welcome Lorraine back anytime.
This was my first experience of housesitters, so I wondered how it would be.
Lorraine was everything I could have hoped for. She was friendly, an immediate hit with Monty, easy to get on with, and keen to know everything I wanted her to do.
On my return, I found a happy, well-brushed dog and a clean and tidy house. Says it all, really.

Lorraine took amazing care of our two dogs while we were away for the week. One of them was sick at the start but she handled it brilliantly and was very understanding. Came home to clean tidy house, all washing done, and very relaxed happy dogs. Lorraine is a first class act and I am so appreciative of her having taken such amazing care of our pets and home.
Lorraine was a great house and pet sitter, not only did she take great care of our house, leaving it lovely and clean but she also most importantly took great care of our animals. We have two cats and a little dog Maggie, who loved all the lovely beach walks she went on with Lorraine. Lorraine was a great communicator and went out of her way to update us.
I would recommend Lorraine again for a house/pet sit :)
