Clitheroe England

I live in the heart of the beautiful Ribble Valley in Lancashire with easy access to the Yorkshire dales and the Lake District (50 min drive). We have a train direct to Manchester also..
It is a small market town with lots of independent shops, bars and pubs. With in a 5 minute walk you are in the countryside. We have 3 fells on our doorstep including the famous Pendle Hill where I regularly walk my Sprocker spaniel Fiadh (Fee-ah, its an Irish name) Fiadh is 15 moths old and very well behaved. She is good in the car and happy to go on days out. She needs 2 good walks (off lead) everyday and a quick run to the top of the road before bed.
Flynn in a 15.2hh Irish cob who is stabled a 10 min drive from my house. He is also very well behaved. He is green but as he hates being told off, he will do as you ask. Great to hack out and I have a van so you can drive him to bridleways. He needs mucking out, turning out, feeding and exercising.
Mt house is a terraced house, circa 1860, 2 mins from the town of Clitheroe. I have 2 double bedrooms and an office. Downstairs is open plane and I have just installed a new kitchen. It is my pride and joy. All I ask is you keep it clean and tidy and be respectful. I have only a few house plants and a yard with pot plants and a boarder that will need watering,
You are welcome to bring one well behaved and house trained dog as Fiadh is very good with other dogs. You will need to supervise when feeding and giving large treats such as pigs ears as she can be a little protective. She only growls, never bites.
