Requires loving care and feeding of one very sweet, playful cat who adores strangers, but is indoors only (she is partly blind from birth, though you can't tell, she gets around entirely normally in familiar settings but would be quickly lost outdoors). High-speed broadband and streaming services, TV, stereo with turntable. Great home for a writing retreat! Non-smoking guests only.
