We are travelling to Spain to celebrate a 70th Birthday and hoping to find someone who can care for our dogs and enjoy our home while we're away. We have two dogs, Walter a 4 year-old Labrador and Maggie a 4 year-old Cocker Spaniel. Both are very affectionate family pets, great with our children and always keen for a cuddle. They love to walk in nearby Bedgebury Forest (5 minute walk from home), Bewl Water Reservoir (15 minute walk from home) or just the tranquil village park directly across the road. They are content to be left at home with food and water for up to 5 hours for those looking to explore the area or travel further afield without them,

Our home is a 4-bedroom semi-detached property located in a small community of houses surrounding the Flimwell village hall. Downstairs there is a dual-aspect living room, toilet and kitchen-diner with bi-fold doors onto the south facing garden. The garden is L-shaped and gets great sunshine throughout the day. Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms (one with en-suite) and a single bedroom, along with a large landing and a family bathroom. There are many beautiful villages to explore nearby, while a 20 minute drive will take you to Tunbridge Wells, heading north, or Hastings if you head south. The nearest train station is a 10 minute drive and it takes just over an hour to get into London Bridge or Charing Cross.
