Highlands and Islands - Highland

Come and spend two weeks on the Isle of Skye in (almost) peak season.
We’re on a sea loch (go for a paddle) that’s a couple of miles outside Portree (go for a bite to eat) and we’re on the Isle of Skye (walking, climbing etc). There’s plenty of wildlife too, we get seals, otters, white tail and golden eagles, dozens of water birds (the loch is tidal) etc.
We have decent broadband and if you need to work, there’s a dedicated office you can use (dual screens, keyboard printer etc)
Plenty of parking. Walks in the doorstep, water in the back door doorstep. Paddle board and an old windsurfer available.
But… we have 2 Labrador’s (F12yo, M4yo, both neutered) and a cat (M4yo, neutered). We’d ask that you love them the way we do. The cat is pretty self contained as many cats are!
The dogs love to swim, explore and walk (the younger one runs everywhere) and sleep. The older ones recall is excellent, the younger is a bit more selective and can be a bit reactive, but he walks on a lead well and will defer to the older ones / adults once he knows who’s who.
Logistics.
We are pretty remote. Nearest train station is Kyle of Lochalsh, about an hour away. (Or Mallaig via a ferry)
There’s a bus from Inverness and a coach from Glasgow.
There’s a local bus to Portree that passes the house.
Realistically, you’d need your own transport to go anywhere. Less of an issue if you just want to stay still and watch the (wild) world float, fly or trickle by.
