Our pets are two dogs - 1 x cocker spaniel girl and 1 x jackapoo girl. The cocker spaniel will need two 15/20 minute walks a day. The jackapoo is very elderly so will just sleep apart from being fed and going outside to do her business!

The cocker spaniel is crate trained. The jackapoo doesn’t move from her dog house very much.

We also have a mini lop rabbit who would need a litter change and food/ water.

We have a two bedroom semi detached home with parking for one car on the drive but plenty of off road parking.

Downstairs, we have a large sitting/dining room with four available to sit down on the sofa and four around the dining table.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave-combi oven, fridge/freezer. Dish washer and washer/dryer.

There is a toilet downstairs.

Upstairs is a master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite. There’s also a family bathroom and a another bedroom with 2 x single beds*

We are surrounded by beautiful country side and the river Thames is a 20 minute walk. The train station connecting you to London and Oxford is also a 20 minute walk. Wallingford has shops and restaurants to visit which is a 5 minute drive.
