Burwash Common England

Hi We need a house sitter for the above dates. Booked house sitters unexpectedly have a problem.
The detached house is by itself in glorious countryside with far reaching views at the end of a dead end lane and very quiet [no passing traffic]. .Garden is beautiful to sit in and watch the birds and wildlife. Red kites buzzards down to goldcrest. Lots of deer, [I've counted 80 from kitchen and foxes and badgers not infrequent visitors .
Only a 1/2 mile walk up the picturesque lane to the village which has shop and a little further on a pub which is very friendly and has a garden with tables out the back as well as some at the front. Rudyard Kiplings house Batemans is open for visitors in nearby Burwash which has 2 pubs [both do food] and a number of shops including general store and Post office and a petrol station.
Lots of famous houses & gardens nearby and a picture post card moated castle at Bodiam.
Large full width of house south facing conservatory with dining table , chairs and a sofa..Beamed sitting room with inglenook fireplace with wood burner if the evenings get chilly. Full central heating. Shower room with large shower and separate family bathroom.Kitchen has standard size electric storage cooker [like Aga] and conventional Bosch oven & induction hob..
Utility room has American fridge/freezer washing machine & dishwasher.
Tumble dryer in conservatory rotary clothes dryer on terrace.
Nearest station about 3 miles with a mainline direct to London
You would need car as no buses
Fantastic views and walks in the adjoining forest which literally start on the doorstep. Coast is about 8-10 miles at Bexhill or Hastings
1 cat healthy 18years, 2 cats 4years old, small tank of easy tropical fish
House newly refurbished
1 double bed available for house sitter use
Wifi works fine
There will be some watering to do. Small amount of vegetable garden requires water if dry
