We have a 3 bedroom semi detached house in a quiet area of Lancing with an enclosed back garden.
We have 1 cat who needs feeding twice daily and given some attention but there is no litter tray as she goes outdoors.
We have 2 rabbits who live together in an outside hutch with run attached who will need to he fed twice daily and cleaned out at least once a week.
We have a small fish tank with temperate fish which will need minimal care.
We have several house plants that will need watering
Possibly some outdoor seedlings too.
There is residential parking Street side.
A train station within a mile and regular buses nearby.
The house is accessed via a step (front and back).
