We need a house sitter

East of England - Bedfordshire

Our house in Biggleswade will be available over the Easter holiday period with our lovely half lab/half pointer female dog of 9 years. Maroon is spayed and very friendly towards humans.
Our house is a 1 minute walk from the main station which takes you directly into London Kings Cross in 35 minutes - there are also great connections to other parts of the country.
We are also very close to Cambridge that has a rich history and culture. Its a must see if you haven't been! Biggleswade has a good market x2 a week and lots of bustling bars and restaurants; its also close to Hitchin, Bedford and St Albans that provide various further sorts of entertainment. You will have a 1 bedroom house with a garden that is right in the heart of Biggleswade itself. Its very close to a bus station as well. All you will need to do is take care of Maroon, giving her food and walks x2 a day. She is older now so her walks are very short. You will also need to water some of our plants in the garden and indoors. We want to make sure Maroon has the best house companion(s) so we hope you love animals, especially dogs! This was a really enjoyable sit. Maroon is such a sweet heart and was a joy to look after. She has a lovely nature and was so well behaved. Sara and Max were kind, generous and informative and communication was good. The house is tastefully decorated and has a great kitchen/dining room. The internet/wifi are very fast and there is a dedicated work space, so it's perfect if you have to do remote work. We loved Maroon, she is such a sweet, cuddly girl! She is very easy to look after and great on the lead when walking. There was a rare occasion of her getting a little worked up if she saw another dog but was easily managed and redirected. The location was great, a nice spot not far from London and the town had everything we needed with good transport links. The home was comfortable and cosy with all the essentials. Maroon is just the sweetest dog you could hope to meet and so easy to look after. Sara and Max are also very warm friendly people who made communication etc easy. Thanks for a lovely stay in Biggles xx

We so enjoyed looking after the gorgeous Maroon who was so affectionate and lovely. Max and Sara had provided great instructions and useful information for nice walks in the picturesque Salisbury , and for a very comfortable stay in their home. Would highly recommend this housesit.
