Hay-on-Wye Wales

Hello,
We require a house/dog sit while we are away.
Large semi-detached house with ample parking and large enclosed garden in an idyllic spot on the outskirts of Hay-on-Wye with lots of walking from the doorstep.
You will have your own ensuite bedroom,
Our dog is a handsome long-legged Jack Russell, aged 13, fit & healthy and very friendly & well-behaved. Easy to look after and loves walking and playing in the garden.
He generally has 2-3 walks a day, around 20-30 minutes each.
Loves a cuddle, company and a bit of fuss!
He can be left alone for maximum of 5 hours.
The town of Hay-on-Wye is approximately 15 mins walk away.
The nearest train station is Hereford, a bus connection will bring you to Hay-on-Wye.
We would like the garden flower beds and pots to be watered, especially during hot weather. This can take around 20 minutes, sometimes a little longer.
