Andover England

We live in a very rural location about 4 miles north of Andover. The nearest shop is 4 miles away and there is no public transport. The nearest pub is half a mile away. The house is a detached converted dairy barn set in one acre.

We have 3 Labradors aged 2, 6 & 13. All of a very good temperament with no health issues. We also have one cat who again is very easy. Animals can be left for up to 5 hours during the day.

The house has an open plan kitchen, dining, living space, a TV room, separate sitting room, laundry room and boot room. There is also a study and fibre internet. You will need to use WiFi calling as the mobile signal is limited. We have weekly cleaners.

A double bedroom with en suite bathroom on the ground floor will be available to the housesitter.

The house has been recently renovated therefore we need a housesitter that is respectful and careful.

The kitchen has an electric Aga, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, two dishwashers, Quooker hot, cold and sparkling water tap and a wine cooler. There is also a log burner and a 43” TV with Sonos sound bar.

The TV room has a huge chaise longue sofa, 84” TV and cinema sound system, DVD player, log burner and wine cooler.

The sitting room has a 55” TV and Sonos sound bar plus a log burner.

The laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer plus a laundry maid and a warm drying cupboard and a drinks fridge freezer.

The boot room has a ‘dirty’ washing machine and a wet room for washing the dogs.

All TVs have the full sky package and can access your streaming packages e.g. Netflix, Prime etc.

We have thermostatically controlled under floor heating.
