It is set in a small gated estate
Large balcony and small garden
Ideal for a single person or couple
No car required there is off street parking for your vehicle.
Faversham Railway station is a 15 minute walk from the house. Also a good bus service.
Faversham is a delightful small town with 3 street markets a week.
Lots of gorgeous pubs, restaurants and privately owned businesses
Lovely walks all around including the Saxon Way.
15 minutes drive to Canterbury and Whitstable.
The town is ideal for art, history and antique lovers!

Fabulous! I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Sharon's lovely creekside home in Faversham, which is one of the most amazing, interesting and characterful towns I have yet visited. Anything one needs is within a pleasurable walking distance. Sharon is a very kind, generous lady, and Sparky the cat is an independent kitty, no fuss to look after at all. A wholly wonderful pet sit and location - I wouldn't hesitate to return.
