We are looking for a dog/ house sitter for a few weeks whilst we take a family holiday to France and return by rail.

We live in a beautiful Georgian square near the centre of Worcester. The house is a grade II listed building within walking distance (ten minutes) of the town centre. The Swan Theatre is nearby, as are picturesque walks along the river Severn and easy access to Birmingham by a ten minute walk to the station.

The house has four double beds and a sofa bed in the cellar which has a window and a double sofa bed. There are three bathrooms the main one has a walk in shower and free standing claw bath. We have a dining room seating six but two bar stools can be added to comfortably seat eight people. There are two reception rooms, one with a log burner and both with smart TVs.
The kitchen is modern and has a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and air fryer. The WI-FI is good making it possible to work from home and we have a printer.

Parking is free in the three hour visitor bays around the square, or there is space for a car in the back courtyard or a reasonably priced public car park at the Swan Theatre two minutes walk away.

Elgar our dog is a friendly neutered four year old cocker spaniel who needs two walks a day ideally 20 minutes. He eats mainly dry food which is provided.

No garden care is required as we have a gardener who visits and there is seating in the garden and a firepit.
