St. Leonards On Sea England

My house is located in West St Leonards, a seaside town in the south, next door to Hastings. It is a semidetached from 1950s set back from the road, 10 minutes walk from the seafront.
It has three bedrooms, a large kitchen with all the appliances, a sitting room, a conservatory and front and back garden. Bedrooms and bathroom onthe first floor. The bathroom with shower is separated from the wc.
The train station is ten minutes away, there is a bus stop just opposite which goes to Hastings bus and train station. Amenities are a short distance away as well as supermarkets and small shops.
It's very quiet and peaceful, plenty of seagulls flying around.
Louie is 17 years old and Marvin 16.
Louie has daily oral medication. Marvin requires daily eye lubricant, and both take a daily joint supplement. They do take very well all of these.
They are fed wet and dry food and they use a litter tray. They are predominantly indoors cats and they spend a lot of time curled up sleeping.
Both cats are very friendly. Marvin is an instant lap cat with a motor sized purr; Louie will take more time to familiarise with a new person.
No garden care required, just watering a few house plants.
