We are looking for someone (or a couple) who would love to look after our house and walk our small dog and give her attention while we take a break. Our house is in Haddenham, a good location to visit Ely, Cambridge and London. We have a two bedroom cottage with a nice kitchen, garden and fireplace. In our village, you will find a grocery shop, a good pub, a craft centre and good fields for walks.
The house is 5 miles from Ely, which has an amazing Cathedral and tourist potential such as walks by the canal. From Ely you can get the train to Cambridge (15 min journey) and London (1h20min journey).
We offer free wifi and tv. There are two desks if you need to do remote work.
Tomya only requires a 30-40 min walk a day, some play time, fresh water, her breakfast, lunch and her dinner. You would be able to go out during the day.
It was my first time house sitting and it was great!
Tomya is a lovely dog who enjoys cuddles a lot. She is the sweetest.
The village was also very lovely with a supermarket with in a small walking distance.
The communication between Vivian and me was very pleasant and there were no problems to reach out.
So overall it was a great experience and I really enjoyed it.
