Teignmouth England

We live in Shaldon, Devon, a lovely village just across the estuary from Teighmouth. Our house is located on a top of the hill above the village with sea views. There are several pubs/restaurants within walking distance (5-10 mins downhill, a bit longer walking back uphill). We are 10 min walk from the South Devon coast path, 20 mins drive to Torquay and 30 mins drive to Exeter. We have two ginger cats who are lovely although shy of strangers, and three rescue hens who live in a designated area of the garden at the side of the house. The cats require feeding twice a day and some affection if they ask, the hens require fresh food & water and their coop cleaning each morning (removal of soiled and topping up of bedding). Their feeders need to be brought in each evening, once they have gone to bed (at dusk).
