I am looking for someone quite urgently to look after my gorgeous dog Ash. He is a 10.5 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier who is a lovely dog with a sweet funny personality. He's amazing with people and children, but can be difficult around other dogs - so a typical Satffy really ;) Being an older dog, he loves to nap. He has a rope toy and enjoys playing tug of war with you, Loves having his belly rubbed and back scratched. In the morning before his breakfast I take him out for a wee between 7-8am, and then for a proper walk at around 9-10am - there is a local park up the road where we do a circuit so he can sniff and do his business. He can hold his wee, but if I'm home I try to take him out every 4 hours just in case - 6 hours is the maximum he should be left alone for, he loves company! He gets his lunch at 2-3pm, and there are always treats for after walks - he loves to munch on celery. When walking he never comes off the lead, and I discourage other dogs from coming too close - he doesn't like it! When he gets excited at home, he spins around in circles, which I try to discourage by distracting him...oh, and he loves to sleep in the bed with you, but he's a nice little hot water bottle in the winter months.
I live in a two bedroom flat over two floors in Ramsgate, Kent. It is about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and local shops and amenities. The area is nice and quiet, in a sort after area of the town. I will be here on the Wednesday to meet you and handover, and will be back on the Sunday night quite late, so if ok - we will share the house for those two nights - we can discuss this further if needs be...
