Hello! My name is Nel:)
I live in a small village called Llanharan, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the train station, and there are multiple closer bus stops. I am a 15 minute train ride from Cardiff, and a 10 minute train ride from a lovely little town called Bridgend! Swansea is also easily accessible by train!
If cities and shopping aren’t really your thing, there are plenty of scenic walks within minutes of my flat which I am more than happy for my house sitter to make the most of & to explore south wales during their time here!
There is a pub, a co-op, a Greggs, a subway, an independent coffee shop & convenience stores within a 10 minute walk

I don’t have a typical TV, I have a DVD player tv with lots of DVDs that you’re obviously more than welcome to watch
I also have a Wii that you can connect up to it with some fun games!

I am on the 1st floor & there is no lift so there are a small amount of unavoidable stairs

You can smoke in my flat as I do myself
420 friendly but the cats can't be cuddling you/in your lap & you must open the windows

I have a bath & a shower

I have a washing machine in my kitchen, no tumble dryer but I have a heated towel rack & clothes horse

I have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room that pulls out into a double
You’re welcome to bring a +1 or have guests during your stay, but NO PARTIES!
I understand mistakes happen & my cats can be clumsy, but I expect there to be NO excessive damage so please ensure that you wholeheartedly trust any guests you may have as you will be held accountable for anything stolen/intentionally broken

Although lovely my neighbours will probably be somewhat curious as to who you are and are the type that’ll stop and ask you a million questions lol!
My downstairs neighbours do occasionally play their music excessively loud, sometimes up until midnight, but never more often than once within a week and less in the winter, so it’s unlikely that’ll happen but I wanted to make it known!

I have 2 cats, Suki who is currently 5 months old, and Kai who is 3 years old! They have the loveliest, most friendly personalities and are always eager to greet visitors! They don’t have any more needs than the typical cat, Kai gets 3x wet food pouches a day & a small amount of dry food, Suki has 2-3 wet food pouches and will occasionally have a nibble on Kai’s dry food! The 3 litter trays also need to be emptied daily! They have on average 30 minutes of human entertainment each a day (I.e dedicated playtime with me) and when they’re not chasing feather toys, their remote control rat, or in my arms dancing to Chapell Roan (Sukis favourite!) you’ll find them playing independently with their toy balls, climbing all over their cat tree, sitting on the windowsill, cuddled up to you or peacefully snoozing!
