We need a house sitter

West Wales & The Valleys - Bridgend

We have 4 dogs, 3 bitches & a dog, who love each other & get on really well. They are not used to children & one of them is sadly afraid of them so families will not be suitable for this sit. We live in a 4 bedroom house in a beautiful seaside town in Porthcawl, South Wales. The house is light & airy with a large south facing garden with several seating areas to relax in the sun & plenty of space for the dogs to play. The sitter(s) will have a king sized bed to sleep in. The town has everything you need such as shops, cafes & restaurants, within walking distance so no need for a car. We will willingly collect our sitter, if required, from the train station. However there is plenty of space for parking a car if required. The beaches are also within walking distance, perfect for dog walks. Porthcawl has a good bus route of which also enables you to access the trains. There are 2 main cities either side of Porthcawl, both approximately 30 minutes away. More locally there is a shopping centre & cinema.
The dogs will need walking daily & in all weathers, they love their adventures but also cuddling up on the sofa with you afterwards. They can be left for up to 4 hours if you wish to go exploring without them.

Sarah & Marc were extremely welcoming when we arrived, showed us some good walks to do and also showed us around the local area. Sarah sent me detailed notes about how to care for the dogs, cat Maui and general info about the house. The dogs were an absolute pleasure, all totally unique and each of them would have us in stitches laughing every day. They get along so well and are just great fun to be around. I cannot tell you how much I LOVED this sit, this area, these pups, and most of all Sarah and Marc. They are incredible humans and I felt an instant connection with them. I felt like we had been long lost friends. The pups are cheeky and fun. I cannot recommend this household enough!
