We need a house sitter

South East - Buckinghamshire

Angie

Lovely house in a beautiful rural village location, but close to main towns Thame 3 miles and only 12 miles from Oxford.
To look after our 1 dog, and 7 cats (sometimes more, sometimes kittens) and feed the fish in the pond outside.
The animals can be left for short periods of time, but no more than about 4 or 5 hours during the day.
The house is clean and tidy, and the gardens are lovely to sit out if the weather is nice. No gardening duties required other than cleaning up after the dog, but I'd appreciate my plants being watered inside.

I enjoyed a week of total animal emersion, cats dogs, ponies and fish. The added bonus of being entrusted with 3 beautiful and entertaining Ragdoll kittens was just the icing on the cake for me. Lovely walks, a trip into historic Oxford and Waterpenny Gardens nearby made down time great for exploring. Brian & Angies home is very comfortable, clean and relaxing (once animals are all done daily and settled 😉) Thanks for the opportunity x

Fantastic time looking after horses, cats, dogs and fish in a pond. Angie’s Ragdolls are phenomenal; so pretty and mischievous. It’s like watching little angels. Horses are simply beautiful. They are really amazing creatures. So friendly as well. They were following us when feeding or opening grass area for them. Looking at them idling in their paddock has been relaxing. Angie & Brian have a lovely home & acreage. They made it easy to look after the animals by having us arrive a day early to go through the animals routines, as well as leaving clear written instructions. The animals did require a morning, late afternoon & evening routine which wasn’t onerous & allowed us to get away for a few hours a day to explore the beautiful surrounding area. Thanks for entrusting us with your pets & home.

Thank you Angie Brian and all the animals for an amazing 1st house sitting job. If you ever get the chance to house sit you will not be disappointed the Ragdoll cats and kittens their wonderful 3 horses Nylar the Dalmatian and not forgetting the fish were an absolute pleasure to care for. From a very detailed routine which was easy to follow and great communication if we had any issues we would recommend this to anyone who is an animal lover. Brilliant would love to come back.
