LINLITHGOW Scotland

Hi there, we are a family of 3 humans plus our pets - Ruby, a 2 year old cockapoo and Bruce, a 4 year old cat. We live in Linlithgow, a lovely small town which is very pretty. The main tourist attraction is Linlithgow Palace. There are great walks and some lovely independent shops and cafes here. We are two minutes walk to the Union Canal basin, you can have lovely walks along the canal. Our house is 5 minutes walk from the high street and train station. There are frequent trains to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling. We have a 1960s house with a reasonably sized garden. There is a bedroom with a WC downstairs where house sitters could sleep. Shower and bath are upstairs. Off street parking available. The house has a nice bright living/dining room. Ruby is a very affectionate dog who enjoys chasing her ball. Bruce tends to live upstairs but is an outdoors cat and has a cat flap in the kitchen. This would be a good opportunity for anyone who works from home, enjoys dog cuddles and wants to have a change of scene in a quiet environment.
