The house is detached with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The house is in a residential area set back from the road.
House includes Sitting room with TV and kitchen/sitting area at the back leading out on to the patio and garden.
Gas central heating and electric oven.
It has a front garden with space for parking. The back garden is mostly grass and beds with shrubs. There is also a small fenced area with a vegetable garden. Directly from the back of the house is a patio area with pots and outside tap and water butt.
The house is very close to a bus stop and there is a regular bus service down in to Reading centre. Trains from Reading in to London are frequent.
The house is close to lovely countryside for walks.
There is one dog a black labrador who requires a walk in the morning and a walk in the afternoon. He is a very friendly sociable dog.
Garden care will mainly be watering pots and if the weather is dry there is a hose and watering can if required.
