Newquay England

We live in Newquay, Cornwall, in a medium size terraced house with garden in a little cul de sac on the outskirts of the town - conveniently located just a few minutes walk to two major supermarkets and a couple of popular short dog walks, but also just a 5 minute drive (or 25-30 minutes walk) from the beaches and town centre.

Newquay itself is an amazing location - gorgeous beaches, some super shops, cafes and bars, lots of leisure activities, and we reckon it's one of the most pet-friendly towns in Cornwall so dogs are welcome almost everywhere!

Our house is cosy, homely and reasonably well equipped; we have decent WiFi, most modcons, and off-road parking. We are happy to send photos on request.

The sit is to care for our two gorgeous shaggy haired lurchers, Marty (5) and Tiggs (3), whose favourite things are people, playing, sleeping and walking! Marty is also very partial to food - especially other people's! - and they both love to play with soft toys/balls with us on the sofa, and wrestling with each other.

Day to day care - Most days they have one decent walk and one "loo" walk, the rest of the time they are happy just mooching and snoozing in the house. They are used to being with people most of the time but are happy on their own together for 3-4 hrs or so for trips out (we leave the radio on for company). They are very much part of the family and are allowed everywhere in the house - they are used to sleeping in the bedroom with us, although do have their own beds; they are pretty low maintenance with food as well and are fed just once a day.

We also have fish, and a few house plants: The fish get a very small sprinkle of food morning and night, and the plants get watered on Sundays.
