We live in a semi-detached house in a quiet residential street with a four year old fox red Labrador and a 14 year old ginger cat.
We live within walking distance of some amazing green spaces, including Belvoir Forest Park and two parks, including tennis courts and golf courses. There is a small shop just a couple of minutes walk and a larger shopping centre about 10 minutes' walk away.
We are close to buses which go towards the university area and the city centre. Belfast is a compact city, which punches above its weight for cultural activities and restaurants.
Our dog enjoys walks in the woods or sniffy walks around the neighbourhood, and playing with toys. He has good recall and will do almost anything for a tennis ball
He can be a bit timid, often ignores other dogs and loves people. We ask that he isn't routinely left for more than four-five hours. He is allowed on furniture and beds. He also likes to snack on cat food, which we discourage.
Our ginger cat is getting a bit grumpy in his elder years and now wants to spend his days eating and lying around. He doesn't mind if you're there or not, but he can be very affectionate when he likes.
For garden care, we just need the flowers and plants watered and the bins put out. The house has four bedrooms, gas heating, washer and dryer in garage, dishwasher, a dedicated workspace and fast WiFi, We also have Netflix.
