Hello.... Roxy and Ralph here.... Our bloody owners are buggering off to Australia AGAIN...!! In July 2025 (approx 6weeks TBC)…AND NOT TAKING US!!.

If you can cope with 2 x friendly, Belgian Shepherds (ages 14 and 6) then we'd love to show you around the area.. must like cuddles.... and dog hair!

Our home is a 4 bed house with parking and a large 50metre garden, plus a woodland area.

Access to Peak District, stately homes and many of the beautiful aspects of the Yorkshire countryside to visit.

Although I’ve selected “Extensive” the actual Maintenance shouldn’t be overly complex. A lawned rear garden, small junior orchard, and allotment area and general woodland maintenance to take care of. There is a formal garden area, but that is cleared and is going to be redeveloped, so a quick strim to clear weeds is the limit of the work required.

*please note I’m also possibly looking at beekeeping, but unsure if 2025 will have any hives in place, but if I do, they will be maintained by experienced person.

Local 24h petrol station, gym/coffee shop and pub in 150m walking distance.

15min drive to supermarket.

20min drive into Huddersfield.

Use of a car maybe provided, and some kennel access can be used during your stay.
